I need to place an emergency order! What should I do?

I need to place a really big order! What should I do?
- During normal business hours (Monday – Thursday from 8:00am – 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm, CT), please email sandbags@jacobstrading.com for a custom quote discounted for large quantities or call 1-855-540-9596.
- For after hours ordering or quotes, please call one of the after hour contacts listed on our contact page.
Which forms of payment do you accept
- All major credit cards as well as PayPal.
Do you charge sales tax?
- If you are the end user of the sandbags and they are being shipped to Minnesota we will need to charge state sales tax.
- If you are a tax exempt organization, sales taxes can be waived during the checkout process. After creating a user account on the website, (but before completing the checkout process) email or fax us the appropriate tax exemption documentation. After we receive the documentation, we will mark your account as tax exempt and you will not be charged sales tax for on-line orders placed under your account.
When will I receive my sandbags?
- Free shipping is available and all items are shipped within 1 business day of receiving payment. Most orders will ship UPS Ground but we reserve the right to utilize lower priced shipping methods as needed.
- Overnight and Saturday deliveries are available (click here for contact info).
- IMPORTANT NOTE: Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, especially in areas where inclement weather is imminent. (e.g. hurricanes, flooding, etc). In such situations, please keep in contact with the carrier for tracking information. We do the absolute best we can, but Sandbagwarehouse.com cannot be held responsible for the delivery of sandbags after your order has been turned over to the delivery company.
How can I track my order?
- Anytime after ordering your items, you can check your order status under 'Your Account', then click 'Order History'. When your order is complete and shipped, you will notice the tracking number along with the order detail.
- We will also attempt to send you an email listing the Tracking ID. Please contact UPS with any delivery questions or concerns.
Are these sandbags filled?
- No. Because of cost, weight, and transportation issues, we are unable to ship filled sandbags. Please see the 'Sandbag Basics' section for help on filling and handling sandbags.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, within North America. Please contact us for shipping rates and logistics information. Additional shipping is charged for areas outside the US and Canada.
I work for a government agency or municipality. I don't need to place an order right now, but I do want to pre-arrange payment, logistics, or vendor information. What should I do?

Do you accept returns?
- No, because of the nature of sandbags, all sales are final.
